As our motto says "bodies to die for, training to die from", our girls are currently working on anteing up their game. Tightening up their extensive workout regimes and buckling down and their dieting habits for Finals night. Along with their already hectic schedules Ms. Fitness USA 2010, Mrs. Taryn Bagrosky was asked to offer her insight and conditioning skills to help whip the girls into shape and leave that burning for success with them... And boy, did it burn!

Fatigued and exhausted but with increased stamina and endurance, our 12 finalists emerged victorious, educated and well conditioned in mind, soul and you can bet in body!

As we ALL anticipate finals night - June 6th, Plantation Garden Theater, 7pm sharp!

Look out for killer routines and phenomenal bodies!

The Ms. Island Fitness 2010 Pre-judging, kicked off as a success!

Island Fitness Pageant 2k10! It's here again!
The month of April brings us to the commence of our competition. As you know we host the pre-judging event before we can find our 12 girls to represent in the finals.
This year's pre-judging will be held at the Plantation Garden Theater April 24th for 12pm sharp, cover charge $10 at the door, so come out and support our competitors!
